A product may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of receiving the order. The refund only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. The customer will be responsible for associated return costs. We will not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.

By placing an order through Renewa Skin you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that yc procedures. These policies are applicable to US domestic and international purchases.

A. 60 DAY RETURN POLICY We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll send you a Return Slip that you will include in the package, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the return is initiated, kindly send us the Proof of Return with tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Renewa Skin or come to our store.

E. RESTOCKING FEE We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment .. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Products are eligible for return if:

  • Product was delivered less then 60 days ago
  • The product is in the state as it arrived
  • The original packaging is in the state as it arrived
  • Customer is willing to pay for the shipping cost associated with the return
  • Customer should have an Approved Return Slip

If an item is damaged during transport, please contact us at within 60 days of delivery for information about an exchange.

All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on your account.
